Helene graduated with a Master of Science in Strategic Management (RSM Erasmus University 2011) and spent a decade working for big and complex organisations in the field of Risk Management (Big 4 Advisory/ Global Healthcare Provider).

She is certified in the Lego® SeriousPlay® method (2018) and recently complemented her curriculum with a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology (2022).

Throughout the years, she collected a lot of inspirational experiences, which she eventually translated into the Philosophy of Sparks and the Contextscanner©.
